Came in Asheville to relax and have fun, this hotel was great place for doing it: )
-
Asheville is a tourist trap and that contributes to the expense of a room for a one night stay.
-
we loved the dog's hiking path! Great place to stay with your dogs.
Ran out of bacon, yogurt and bread an hour before breakfast ended.
-
Basically clean and comfortable.
Plumbing - needed to use a plunger. Shower drain slow (common problem in motels). TV. on an angle, remote defective.
-
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was under construction but we knew this ahead of time and observed how fast the improvements were coming along. We absolutely loved the dog walking trail and so did our puppy. The location of the hotel is excellent as well; my husband and I had visited Biltmore and downtown Asheville.

staff were helpful, friendly. Food was excellent, as was service. Room was wonderful. Their handling of pets was excellent.
access to pool was limited. It was locked until 10am in the morning. Although they are welcoming of pets, and have a wonderful area to walk dogs, $35 a night was pretty expensive...
-
The dog walking area was very nice. Room was up to expectations & clean.
There is a major renovation going on that was not disclosed at booking. Dusty air, no lobby, no pool, temporary restaurant, parking lot crowded with storage bins -basically a mess.
-
The complimentary breakfast was nice and made the stay more tolerable.
They were doing construction which could be overlooked had I felt they were going the extra mile to make our room and stay more pleasurable. We were supposed to stay for three nights but decided to leave after the first night. The stains on the carpet in the upstairs hall were terrible. They may change the front of the hotel but they really need to clean up the hallways and rooms as well. I felt misled by the beautiful outside swing photo. Not at all the cozy place I thought it was going to be.
-
The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean. Good price for the hotel.
The room was on the side of the large parking lot. It was a bit noisy with people coming and going through the main entrance. Construction due to remodeling.
-
Breakfast and staff
Should've been notified that the entire facilities were under construction
-
We got accused of smoking when buring a incent for yoga, but besides that it was a good stay.
-
Dinner was delicious in the restaurant.
The walls are thin and noise was an issue. The place was under construction and that was issue. Bed was not comfortable nor the pillows, hard.
-
Very quiet, clean rooms, beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Maid service knocked on our door at 9am waking us up, they should look to see if tenant has checked out first before knocking. Price of hotel is quite high. after booking the room, the price dropped by $30 dollars on Booked.net.

This Holiday Inn does have a lodge feel from the outside and the lobby is beautiful. The included breakfast was wonderful and the overall experience was really outstanding. We will stay again!
-
The staff was very helpful. Dinner was very good and so was the breakfast- even for picky kids!
The bed was a bit too soft, but that could just be me!
